Q: Will this product work with my dentoform?
A: The articulator attached to your dentoform has a standard hole diameter that easily fits onto the pole. With products shipped all over the globe, we have yet to hear of any compatibility issues.
Q: What do I get with my purchase?
A: You will receive a dentoform mounting pole (the pole is attached to a ball and socket joint which is attached to a C clamp). Note: a dentoform/articulator is not included in your purchase.
Q: How soon will I receive my purchase?
A: U.S. orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 business days. We guarantee prompt shipment however the postal system ultimately determines the date of delivery.
Q: Do I get a discount for ordering more than one?
A: Yes, you will receive discounted shipping and handling charges when ordering more than one. When you change the item quantity during checkout, the shipping & handling charges per item decrease with each additional purchase.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of product delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). To return an item, submit a request via the contact us form.
